Suppose an insured godown of a company manufacturing dry vegetables like potato chips, onions, garlic, coriander, carrot, etc., gets severely damaged by fire. In that case the insurance company as well as the manufacturer fall under the dilemma as how to prove the genuineness or exact nature(s) of the damaged products which have turned virtually into ashes.
